Q: Is parking included in my ticket purchase?

A: For most ticketed events, parking is complimentary at the Tremont Garage. Please hand the cashier your ticket stub / Flash Seats seat locator on your way out for complimentary parking.


Q: Are there age restrictions for Paramount Theatre shows?

A: Age restrictions vary by event at Paramount Theatre. Any limitations or restrictions for age can be found on the event’s webpage on www.AltitudeTickets.com. For most shows at the theatre, tickets are required for ages 2 and older; this is subject to change per event, as indicated on www.AltitudeTickets.com for each show. 


Q: Why is there a convenience fee for ticket purchases?

A: Convenience fees cover overhead such as credit card expenses, service expenses, ticketing system expenses, staffing, postage, etc. Convenience fees apply to all ticket purchases (online, phone and box office).

Q: Can you check a bag at Paramount Theatre?

A: Lockers are available at Paramount Theatre for bag check. Bags larger than 8”x10”x17” cannot fit into lockers and are not permitted into the venue. Bags can be checked for a charge of $10.00.


Q: What should I expect on arrival to Paramount Theatre?

A: Paramount Theatre places the safety of patrons, artists, and employees above all else. All persons entering Paramount Theatre are subject to security screening using handheld metal detectors and bag inspections, designed to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue and to ensure the safety of all venue guests and staff. Please allow extra time for the security screening process, in order to prevent delayed entry into the venue. Paramount Theatre recommends patrons arrive when doors open to expedite entry into the venue, in accordance with our safety and security policies.


Q: Does Paramount Theatre have a smoking section?

A: Yes, there is a smoking section available for patrons that opens once the show begins.


Q: What items are prohibited?

A: For the safety and security of everyone at Paramount Theatre, the following items are NOT allowed into the facility and can vary by event:

  • Outside alcohol 
  • Sealed bottles of water (empty water bottle without the lid may be brought inside)
  • Large umbrellas/golf umbrellas/any umbrella with a pointed end 
  • Inflatable objects (beach balls, latex balloons, etc.)
  • Large or offensive signs
  • Cans
  • Glass containers
  • Outside food/beverages
  • Weapons (i.e. knives, pocket knives, pepper spray and other aerosols, key rings/key chains for self-defense, stun-guns, any concealed weapons, firearms, etc. and any ammunition or accessories to weapons)
  • Laser pointers/pens
  • Hard case containers (coolers, briefcases, etc.)
  • Air horns/whistles/vuvuzelas
  • Animals (service animals permitted with proper documentation)
  • External flash camera units
  • Interchangeable/detachable camera lenses or cameras with lenses longer than four inches
  • Audio/video recording devices including, but not limited to, Google Glass and other similar technology
  • Camera monopods/bipods/tripods
  • Selfie sticks
  • Drones and other unmanned aerial devices/vehicles 
  • Police/radio scanners of any kind
  • Illegal drugs or substances
  • Any form of marijuana used for smoking or consumption
  • Chemicals
  • Fireworks, smoke bombs, etc.
  • Large backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, equipment bags, etc.
  • Any bag larger than 8"x10"x17"
  • Skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, ice skates, etc.

  • Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, advertisements, stickers, etc.
  • Any other devices that may potentially interfere with, harm, and/or distract any event participant, other Guest, audio or audio/ visual telecast or recording of the event, or any technology-related service provided by the venue
  • Other items as determined by facility management

Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case by-case basis. Management is not able to hold items for Guests and there are no check-in areas or lockers available at Paramount Theatre for items other than personal backpacks. All bags, jackets and Guests are subject to search upon entering Paramount Theatre. Items which have varying policies for concerts and special events include: bags, cameras, video/audio recording equipment, and signs/ flags/banners/posters. 


Q: What is the Fan Code of Conduct?

A: All Paramount Theatre guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by venue management can result in ejection, possible arrest by Denver Police, temporary or permanent suspension from Paramount Theatre and our other venues and/or other disciplinary measures as determined by venue management.

Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

  • Standing on chairs/seats/tables/platforms/railings
  • Intoxication or disorderly conduct
  • Fighting or challenging others to fight
  • Interference with the event or participants of the event in any way
  • Throwing, tossing or discharging any object
  • Using profanity and/or other offensive words and gestures
  • Harassing, taunting or using offensive language against the performers, other guests or staff
  • Entering a restricted area, seating area or disabled seating platform without the proper ticket
  • Disturbing other guests’ enjoyment of the event
  • Failing to comply with instructions from facility personnel
  • Violating Paramount Theatre rules, regulations and policies
  • Violating any local, state or federal laws

Paramount Theatre management reserves the right to deny entry, relocate or eject guests from the facility including guests engaging in inappropriate behavior, as determined by venue management.
