Parking

For your upcoming event, Paramount Theatre is offering complimentary parking.  Complimentary parking is available at the Tremont Garage (400 15th Street Denver, CO 80202). The parking garage is open 2 hours prior to show time and close 60 minutes after the show ends.  Please present the cashier with your digital ticket barcode (on a mobile device) when exiting the garage to receive complimentary parking.  ADA parking is available in Tremont Garage.  For additional information, please visit our website here.

COVID-19 Entry Procedures

As a condition to entry to Paramount Theatre, each event attendee, regardless of age, will be required to present either 1) proof that the individual is fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or 2) proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test taken within 48 hours of the event.  Proof of negative COVID-19 test results must be time stamped no earlier than 7:00 PM on September 16, 2021.  Each individual over the age of 18 will be required to show an approved government issued identification for admission to the venue.  The identification of the individual on the vaccination card or negative COVID-19 test result must match the identity on the approved government issued identification.  Attendees under the age of 18 will not be required to show a government issued ID.

Per the CDC, people are considered fully vaccinated:

  • 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
  • 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine

If you don’t meet these requirements, regardless of your age, you are NOT fully vaccinated and will need to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of doors opening.

All attendees are required to wear a face mask at all times while inside the venue and while standing in any admission lines. Event attendees who fail to comply with the mask requirement will not be permitted to enter Paramount Theatre or may be subject to ejection from Paramount Theatre.

Verification of proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test will take place at the areas highlighted on the venue map (click here for map).  Upon verification, each attendee will be given a wristband.  The verification process will begin at 6:00 PM on the day of the event at Paramount Theatre.

***Important information for any attendee under the age of 18***

For any attendees under the age of 18, the following applies:

  • Attendees aged 12 – 17 who are fully vaccinated can show their proof of vaccination for entry.
  • Attendees aged 12 – 17 who are not fully vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of door time for entry.
  • Attendees under the age of 12 will be required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of door time for entry.

Admission will not be granted to anyone (regardless of age) without proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test. 

If You’re Sick, Stay Home

If you or any member of your party is feeling sick or has symptoms associated with COVID-19, please stay home, and do not come to Ball Arena.

People who have COVID-19 symptoms should get tested right away and stay home except to get medical care.

Assumption of Risk

You must follow all Paramount Theatre policies, including health and safety policies and posted instructions while outside and inside of the venue.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and those with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By entering Paramount Theatre, you 1) acknowledge and voluntarily agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and all strains, mutations and variations thereof, whether known now or in the future, by virtue of your presence at Paramount Theatre and 2) are agreeing to all terms and conditions referred to on your ticket and online at www.paramountdenver.com/terms-and-conditions including compliance with Paramount Theatre’s health and safety policies.  These policies are subject to change without notice.

Paramount Theatre Door Opening Times

Doors will open at 7:00 PM on the day of the event.

All attendees will be required to have a proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test wristband prior to their tickets being scanned.

The no re-entry policy will be in place for this event.

Q:           What kind of COVID-19 test is considered a diagnostic test?

A:            A PCR or antigen COVID-19 test will be accepted - please be sure to bring printed proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped.

Q:           Will at home COVID-19 tests be accepted?

A:            At home COVID-19 test results will only be accepted if there is a link to results you can print from a medical platform, dated and time-stamped.

Q:           What does fully vaccinated mean?

Q:           Are out of state and international COVID-19 test results valid?

A:            Yes, as long as the results are time stamped within 48 hours prior to September 18, 2021 at 7:00 PM

Q:           What does showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of doors opening mean?

A:            Proof of COVID-19 test results can be time stamped no earlier than 7:00 PM on September 16, 2021.  This means you could take a COVID-19 test no earlier than 7:00 PM on September 16, 2021 as that would be 48 hours before doors open at 7:00 PM on September 18, 2021.

Q:           What forms of proof of vaccination verification are permitted?

A:            Hard copies, digital photo copies, mobile phone copies, paper photo copies, state app verifications (My Colorado App or similar) and International Verification means are all acceptable.  If you are over 18 years old, you will also need to show a government issued identification to match the name on your proof of vaccination.

Q:           What forms of government identification are acceptable to verify identity to a proof of vaccination or proof of negative test?

A:            Driver’s License or Similar ID issued by a government entity and Student ID cards are acceptable to verify a name to the proof of vaccination or COVID-19 negative test.  Passports are also permissible.

Q:           What if I don’t have a government issued identification?

A:            Anyone under the age of 18 years old is not required to show a government issued identification to verify with their proof of vaccination or negative test.
