Paramount Theatre is committed to providing the best possible entertainment experience for fans. This guide provides general information, theatre policies and answers to FAQs for guests while attending events at Paramount Theatre. Any Guest behavior disregarding these policies, as determined by facility management, can result in ejection from the theatre.

  • Paramount Theatre has designated accessible/disabled seating on the main level of the theatre. Please note, the Mezzanine and Balcony are accessible by stairs only. 
  • Accessible seating is available through ParamountDenver.com and Ticketmaster.com. When ordering accessible tickets, please indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. 
  • For most ticketed events, parking is complimentary at the Tremont Garage. Tremont Garage has accessible parking on a first come, first served basis. There is also a loading/drop off zone available as needed in the front of the theatre.

Age restrictions vary by event at Paramount Theatre. Any limitations or restrictions for age can be found on the event’s webpage on Ticketmaster.com. For most shows at the theatre, tickets are required for ages 2 and older; this is subject to change per event, as indicated on Ticketmaster.com for each show.   

  • Paramount Theatre and its staff strongly encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. A summary of alcohol policies is listed below: 
    • Any Guest who is intoxicated before entering Paramount Theatre may be denied entry into the facility. Any Guest found intoxicated within Paramount Theatre or causing a disturbance as determined by management may be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences. 
    • Paramount Theatre does not allow alcohol (including bottled wine) to leave the theatre. 
    • There is a limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to or in possession of each Guest, per ID check; this is subject to change based on management discretion or on an as needed event basis. 
    • The following four documents are the only valid unexpired forms of identification acceptable by Paramount Theatre food vendors: 
        • Current, valid Driver’s license 
        • Current, valid State ID w/photo 
        • Current, valid Military ID w/photo 
        • Current, valid Passport
    • Paramount Theatre management reserves the right to eject any individuals under the age of 21 who illegally purchase, possess or consume alcohol or are visibly intoxicated. These individuals are also subject to citation or arrest by Denver Police. 
    • Individuals providing alcohol to those under 21 will also be ejected and subject to citation or arrest by Denver Police. 
    • The cutoff time for alcohol sales is usually 60 minutes prior to the end of special events/concerts unless otherwise determined by arena/event management. Alcohol cutoff times are subject to change without notice. Please contact any Guest Services staff for more information. 
    • Guests found with alcohol brought in from outside the facility or trying to leave with alcohol will be ejected and subject to a $250 citation. 

Paramount Theatre welcomes service dogs utilized by Guests with disabilities. Service dogs must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in their seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A Guest whose service dog poses a threat to the safety of other Guests and employees, or whose dog is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the dog off the premises. Any service dog that displays vicious behavior towards Guests or employees may be denied entry or removed from the theatre. All other animals are prohibited.

  • Purses,  cinch bags, and sling bags 10in. x 6in. x 4in. or smaller are allowed inside Paramount Theatre.
  • All guests entering with a permitted bag must submit their bag for additional screening upon entry.
  • Backpacks and oversized bags are NOT permitted.
  • Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical or diaper bags are subject to additional screening upon entry.
  • There is no bag check available at Paramount Theatre. Patrons will not be allowed to enter with an unapproved or oversized bag.

Convenience fees cover overhead such as credit card expenses, service expenses, ticketing system expenses, staffing, etc. Convenience fees apply to all ticket purchases (online, phone and box office).   

  • All Paramount Theatre guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by theatre/event management can result in ejection, possible arrest by Denver Police, temporary or permanent suspension from Paramount Theatre and our other venues and/or other disciplinary measures as determined by facility management. 
  • Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to: 
    • Disturbing other guests’ enjoyment of the event.  
    • Entering a restricted area, seating area or disabled seating platform without the proper ticket. 
    • Failing to comply with instructions from theatre personnel.  
    • Fighting or challenging others to fight.  
    • Harassing, taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, performers, other guests or staff.  
    • Interference with the event or participants of the event in any way.  
    • Intoxication or disorderly conduct.  
    • Sitting in a seat without the proper ticket.  
    • Smoking inside the theatre.  
    • Standing on chairs/seats/tables/platforms/railings.  
    • Throwing, tossing or discharging any object.  
    • Using profanity and/or other offensive words and gestures.  
    • Violating Paramount Theatre rules, regulations and policies.  
    • Violating any local, state or federal laws.  
  • Paramount Theatre management reserves the right to deny entry, relocate or eject guests from the facility including guests engaging in inappropriate behavior, as determined by arena/event management.

  • Please add your event tickets to your mobile wallet before coming to Paramount Theatre.

  • In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions from announcers, emergency personnel and venue staff. 
  • Please contact venue staff with questions or concerns and they will put you in contact with the appropriate venue representative. 

Paramount Theatre places the safety of patrons, artists, and employees above all else. All persons entering Paramount Theatre are subject to security screening using handheld metal detectors, designed to prevent prohibited items from entering the venue and to ensure the safety of all venue guests and staff. Please allow extra time for the security screening process, in order to prevent delayed entry into the venue. Paramount Theatre recommends patrons arrive when doors open to expedite entry into the venue, in accordance with our safety and security policies.

“If You See Something, Say Something®"  is a national campaign that raises public awareness of the indictors of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to state and local law enforcement. Suspicious activity is any observed behavior that could indicate terrorism or terrorism-related crime. This includes, but is not limited to, unusual items or situations (i.e. a vehicle is parked in an odd location, a package/bag is unattended, etc.); eliciting information (i.e. inquiries at a level beyond curiosity about a building’s purpose, event dates and time, operations/security procedures and/or personnel, etc.); observation/surveillance (i.e. someone pays unusual attention to facilities or buildings beyond a casual or professional interest, etc.). If you see suspicious activity, report it to the nearest local law enforcement or a person of authority (i.e. Event Manager). Describe specifically what you observed, including who or what you saw; when you saw it; where it occurred; and why it's suspicious.

  • If you or any member of your party is feeling sick or has symptoms associated with COVID-19 please stay home and do not come to Paramount Theatre.

Beginning on March 12, 2022, guests are no longer required to wear masks during events taking place at the Paramount Theatre unless wearing a facemask is required for an event listed specifically under the “Event-Specific Health and Safety Requirements” section found at Attendee Health and Safety Protocols | Paramount Theatre. Per CDC guidelines, masks are highly recommended for guests who are considered high risk.

 

Paramount Theatre is a non-smoking venue. There are no indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for guests to use during events.

Guests who exit the venue to smoke will not be permitted re-entry into the theatre.

  • For most ticketed events, parking is complimentary at the Tremont Garage. Please present the cashier with your digital ticket barcode (on a mobile device) when exiting the garage.  
  • Parking is at the Tremont Garage located on 15th Street. Information about the parking garage can be found at our Parking & Directions page.  
  • ADA parking is available in Tremont Garage.

Paramount Theatre has a NO RE-ENTRY policy. Guests who leave the theatre will not be allowed to re-enter. Please refer any questions to a Guest Services representative.

  • Guests will be treated in a professional and courteous manner by all theatre personnel.  Paramount Theatre is dedicated to the principles of equality for all guests. Guests will be treated fairly without regard to age, race, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity, color, religion, national origin, disability, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.  Guests wearing head coverings, loose fitting or bulky garments may undergo additional security screening but will not be asked to remove any religious head coverings unless absolutely necessary to undergo additional screenings.  These additional screenings may, upon request, take place in a private location out of public view and with a security officer of the same gender as the guest.  Guests needing additional assistance due to a disability will also be afforded these same options.

Sign Language Interpreting services and other accommodations for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing are available. Please contact Guest Services at feedback@paramountdenver.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to schedule this service. Guests requesting interpreting services must provide proof of ticket purchase & seat location in order for us to move forward with the booking process.

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited.
  • There are no indoor or outdoor smoking areas available for guests to use during events. 
  • Guests who exit the theatre to smoke will not be permitted re-entry into the theatre.

  • Resale of Tickets: Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit. Tickets to Paramount Theatre events can be purchased on ParamountDenver.com or Ticketmaster.com.
