Elevators/escalators:
All ADA seating and accessible restrooms are located on the main level. The elevator has limited capacity and is not recommended for larger mobility devices or service animals.

Entrances:
The accessible entrance is the door at the far left of the main (only) entrance located at 1621 Glenarm Place.

Parking:
Complementary Tremont Garage Parking has accessible parking. First come, first serve basis.

Accessible Tickets

Accessible Tickets:
As a historic venue, Paramount Theatre has unique architectural barriers that limit accessible seating options. Please note that there is no accessible seating in the Balcony or Mezzanine levels. Because all accessible seating and restrooms are located on the main level, guests using mobility devices or service animals are generally not encouraged to use the elevator.

Guests with accessible needs are encouraged to purchase accessible seats on Ticketmaster.com by selecting 'Show accessible tickets' under the Filter section in order to guarantee an accessible seat for the selected event. CLICK HERE for additional information about buying accessible tickets via Ticketmaster.

Guests needing to exchange their current seats for accessible seats should contact our Ticket Operations Customer Service team at TicketOps-CS@TeamKSE.com in advance of the event to inquire about accessible seat availability. Day of or in venue relocations are not guaranteed, so we strongly encourage all guests to reach out in advance for assistance. Relocations are limited to one guest needing the accessible seating accommodation and one companion, based on availability.

Ticket Fraud:
ADA ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection.

General Information

Emergency Evaluation Procedures:
Paramount Theatres personnel have been trained in emergency evacuation procedures to ensure the safe evacuation of all guests, including those with disabilities. In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions from the public-address announcers, signage throughout the venue, emergency personnel, and venue staff if available. Please contact venue staff with any questions or concerns, and they will put you in contact with the appropriate venue representative.

First aid:
Paramount Theatre is staffed with trained medical personnel for every event. Guests needing medical assistance should contact the nearest venue staff member.

Guest Relations:
Guest Services can be reached at 303.615.6838 or by email at feedback@paramountdenver.com. During events, Guest Services staff are stationed throughout Paramount Theatre to provide information, assistance, and to ensure that all Guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Hearing Protection:
Paramount Theatre provides complimentary earplugs for guests. Please inquire with the venue Guest Relations team if hearing protection is needed.

Medical bags and Diaper bags:
Medical and diaper bags 14"x14"x6" or smaller are permitted. All guests entering with medical or diaper bags are subject to additional screening upon entry.

Phone charging assistance:
In case of emergency, please contact a nearby staff member to get help charging your device.

Restrooms:
The accessible restroom at Paramount Theatre is located in the Main Lobby under the main staircase near the Orchestra Door 4 entrance. All other men's and women's restrooms are located up on the Balcony/Mezzanine level or downstairs in the lower level.

Sensory sensitivity accommodations:
Paramount aims to constantly improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Our objective is to provide an inclusive and seamless experience for all guests for all events including those with sensory needs. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing disorders by supplying our Team Members with continuous training and by offering sensory kits upon request. Please contact a Guest Relations representative for assistance or additional information.

Service animals:
Paramount Theatre welcomes service dogs utilized by Guests with disabilities. Service dogs must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in their seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A Guest whose service dog poses a threat to the safety of other Guests and employees, or whose dog is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the dog off the premises. Any service dog that displays vicious behavior towards Guests or employees may be denied entry or removed from the theatre. All other animals are prohibited.

While not required, guests with service animals are strongly encouraged to purchase ADA seating through Ticketmaster to help ensure a smooth and safe experience for both the guest and their service animal. ADA seating is designed to accommodate the additional space needs of service animals, reducing the likelihood that seating adjustments will be needed on the day of the event.

Strobe/laser/pyrotechnics advisory:
Performances and events at Paramount may include the use of strobe lighting, haze, lasers, fireworks, and other pyrotechnics.

Website accessibility:
Paramount Theatre is committed to providing a positive experience to all our guests, and we aim to facilitate the accessibility and usability of our website. If you have difficulty using or accessing any element of this website, please feel free to fill out our Guest Feedback Form, and we will work with you to provide the information.

Mobility Accommodations

Bar Accessibility:
The main level bar is fully accessible. Please note that the upstairs bar is located on the mezzanine level, which is not ADA accessible.

Mobility Device Storage:
Mobility device storage is limited. Please contact the nearest Guest Relations team member for assistance.

Wheelchair escorts:
Our Guest Relations Representatives provide a complimentary wheelchair escort service. Our Guest Relations Representative will escort you in the wheelchair, drop you off at your seats, and then return at the end of the night to escort you out. Please note we cannot leave our wheelchairs with you, but all seating locations will have seats for you to sit in.

You will be picked up in the order that you were dropped off. Please wait in your seats or on the concourse for a Representative to escort you. If you are planning on leaving early and do not need an escort out, please let a Representative know.

Only one person may be in the wheelchair at a time (please no companions sitting on laps).

Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, our Representatives will not be able to stop at restrooms, concession stands, or retail stores.

Please be advised that the Balcony/Mezzanine level of the Paramount Theatre requires the use of stairs for entry/exit.

Hearing accommodations

ASL interpreters:
Sign Language Interpreting services, captioning, and other accommodations for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing are available. Please contact Guest Services at feedback@paramountdenver.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to schedule this service. Guests requesting interpreting services must provide proof of ticket purchase & seat location in order for us to move forward with the booking process.

As a historically designated venue, Paramount Theatre has unique architectural considerations that affect ADA seating placement options. We strive to provide an inclusive experience for deaf guests within these architectural barriers. Please contact feedback@paramountdenver.com with any additional questions or accommodation requests.

Assistive listening device:
Assistive Listening Devices are available for deaf and hard of hearing guests at all Paramount events. Please contact a nearby staff member to request an Assistive Listening Device. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver's license as collateral. This is a complimentary service.
